As it turned out we were the most polished and prepared couple in the event out of 16 couples. Phoenix Ballroom even let me use a $3500 competition ballgown they had at the studio. With all the dance schools that participated in the event with out a doubt Phoenix Ballroom was the best and most professional school. However the real winners were the kids since the event raised $56,000 for the school district.”

My husband gave me four lessons at the Phoenix Ballroom for my birthday present last
year. I had just had our second child and was overly pleased at the thought of using
dancing as a way to get back into shape. Much to my surprise, my husband planned
the lessons for us as a couple. We had always talked about taking lessons for years
and never actually did it. We found we enjoyed the instructions and dance so much
that we added on the 10 lesson plan and are still taking weekly lessons. That hour
every week is time for us to reconnect as a couple and not think about anything else.
Needless to say, we both look forward to our dance lessons and have alot of fun doing
them. We can't wait for them to start hosting social dances so we can use the techniques
he has taught us. I would have to recommend anyone who has ever thought they would
like to take dance lessons to call Phoenix Ballroom and just set up one lesson -

"When we decided to take lessons for our first dance at our wedding, we were a little hesitant since neither of us had much experience dancing, let alone ballroom dancing!
